ICS Sketches Glittery 'lil Witch

I found this free digi stamp at Pixie Dust Studios and wanted to use it before the Halloween season is over. The trick or treat came in a $5 set I got at Michaels last year. After I got the card made I felt it was a little plain at the top of the card so I added swirls of purple stickles. This is my entry for this weeks ICS Sketch challenge. http://icsketches.blogspot.com/ Thanks for looking. Oh colored with copics of course:)

Just us Girls and Truly Scrumptious

I love blog challenges. It keeps me stamping and gives me new ideas. This weekend I found two new challenges to me and I was really happy. Anyway the Just us Girls challenge http://justusgirlschallenge.blogspot.com/ was paper piecing. Guess what I have never paper pieced but I watched the video that was posted on their blog and got an idea using this precious moment stamp by Stampendous. Why did they stop making these stamps. I love precious moments. The sketch is from the next challenge I found Truly Scrumptious Challenges http://www.trulyscrumptiouschallenges.blogspot.com/ My image was a bit large for the sketch but I made it work. When I was cutting out the dress I thought I would never do this again but after it was done I thought this is pretty cool. Thanks for looking.

Aly's Sunday Challenge ASC3

Aly has come up with a great new sketch for us. I used the polar bears by Magenta and added glitter and this card just does not photo well. I have had this stamp for years. I also decided that polar bears are hard to color hence the glitter. Please take a look at Aly's. This challenge is sponsored by Pez-a-doodle and there is a great prize. http://www.alyssundaychallenge.blogspot.com/

Father Daughter Dance 2009

Alyssa and Chad are at the 2009 Father/Daughter dance. It is a yearly tradition for them. This year I told Alyssa that in her new dress she looks like an American girl doll. She kept looking at herself in the mirror. After looking at these photos I don't think she likes to smile for the camera.

MOJO Monday 106 just in Time

I was going through all of this weeks challenges and thought of an idea for this sketch using my new Haloween owls from hero Arts. The middle black paper is cordinations and run through a CB folder and distressed. The image is colored with copics. I really like owls and am not much of a spooky type Halloween person but these are cute and just had to add them to my owl collection. Thanks for looking at the MOJO monday is here http://www.mojomonday.blogspot.com/

Two cards Many challenges

This first card was made with a sketch by my daughter at http://www.alyssundaychallenge.blogspot.com Actually both cards made today used this sketch. This card is for the Simon Says red and green challenge. http://simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/ The stamp is by Shy bears and is colored with copics and pencil with added stickles

Next was another card made for a simon Says challenge http://simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/ Using sketch by Aly http://www.alyssundaychallenge.blogspot.com This card is made for the girly cards for Paige challenge. She is a 13 year old who lost her arm in a boating accident and they are getting cardmakers to make and send cards to her. The tag actually pulls out and says kind thoughts. I had a photo but blogger keeps wanting to flip the image sideways which is annoying. I am also using this as my entry to pile it on challenge http://pileitonchallenge.blogspot.com/ it was a challenge to have 3d items on your card and I have the pull out tag and the nice little daisy. Thanks for looking.
