Patriotic Card Happy 4th of July
There are a few patriotic challenges out there this weekend so I tried to come up with an idea without buying any new stamps or decorative paper. I did buy the ribbon today at Michaels. I went armed with a 40% coupon and found nothing but stuff off the $1 area. Anyway I like the way the card turned out. The image is a digi by The Greeting farm. Have a great week everyone.

It has been over a week since I have posted on my little blog. It was Vacation Bible school week last week and I had no time to do anything besides work and then on to church until 9:00. I did get to play a bit yesterday and made two cards totally oposite. A boyish card and a girly girl card.
This card was made using the Lily of the valley fairy stamp. It was made for the follwing challenges

Summertime froggie
Here in Oklahoma I think summer has came early. Nearly 100 today. I wish for the rain again. Just about 7 weeks and we will head to Colorado on vacation. I am so excited. I'm sure by then we will be ready for the cooler weather that the top of Pike's Peak will provide. Well now on to this card. The image was a freebie from the Whimsy stamps made as a RAK stamp for a lady named Jayme who has lung cancer. Colored with copics and I have seen some shade around an image so I tried I'm not sure I succeeded.
