Snowman building in pink

This is a great stamp by Cowgirl up digi stamps.  There is still time to join their blog hop (ends Saturday night) and then a new challenge will start on Sunday.  I did this a little different today and used pastel colors which I hardly ever do.  I do like how it turned out.  I like this shimmery white ribbon for winter cards.  I colored with copics and I stitched around the edges.  Can you believe Christmas is less than two months away YIPPEE  This card was made for these challenges

Cowgirl Up Halloween Blog Hop

Happy Halloween everyone. Just one more week until the little spooks and gobblins come and visit.  If you accidently found this post you need to begin at the beginning of the hop This week at Cowgirl up is a fab Halloween blog hop featuring all of the great Halloween releases by Cowgirl up Stamps. I have used the witch and horse stamp which is my favorite and was so glad to get to use it. My card is colored with copics and distressed with black ink and the Tim Holtz distress tool. The die cut swirls are also from Tim Holtz flourish die by Sizzix. I added purple stickles for the added bling. Go hop with us and here is the info.

Top 3 will each receive one image form Cowgirl Up and winners badge.
Winners must hop along the Posse Name list and comment to win. We will be checking.
To win the candy challengers must leave a comment on the challenge blog stating which Posse card or project they liked best and why.
Special drawing ~ Challengers that use any one of Cowgirl Up images will be entered in a special drawing for a grab bag of goodies and images.
We would like challengers to use Halloween Images for the hop, however not everyone has Halloween where they live or celebrates it for whatever reason so as long as they enter with one of Cowgirl Up images they will be put in the special drawing.

Blue Jay Post it note holder

I am so ready for fall.  I am really getting into nature stamps right now so I drew up this little blue jay on the corn.  I was afraid I wouldn't find the right paper to match because of the blue and the yellow/brown but I was happy with some paper I bought last year at Michaels in their recollection autumn pack.  This is an acrylic frame that I decorated the inside and then added the little post it note with red line tape.  That stuff sticks good.  Thanks for looking and the blue jay digi can be found here.  Made for the following challenges.

Building a snowman

A cute wags and whiskers image.  This card took me forever to make because I started it last week then went to camp and came back and just finished it this morning.  I really wanted to use this snowman ribbon that I got at Michaels awhile back and made a bow and then it just needed two.  The first bows were WAY to big I still have them I'll find a project to use them on.  I like how I outlined the image with the light blue.  Thanks for looking and I made this for the following challenges.
