Happy Birthday Mandi

My sisters birthday is next week. She has a weinie dog and I found this freebie at Kenny K's digi stamp so I thought it would work. The paper I used for this stamp is by October Afternoon fly a kite. The little sentiment is a studio g wood mount stamp that I found last year. This card was made for these challenges
