Midnight Madness Challenge 14

This week at midnight madness not only did they have a cool sketch but they have an AWESOME tutorial on how to make these flowers out of chiffon.  I saw them and just had to make a trip to Joann's to purchase some fabric.  This is just wonderful and I can't wait to start adding them to my projects.  This is my first card using the new flowers.  The image is by Penny Black and colored with copics and prismacolor.  I need more copics:)  Secret Sis's are you listening LOL.  This tutorial and challenge can be found here.  http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/

Hi Tami..you had asked about the chiffon flowers on my blog..let me say this first before I comment on your card... for best results, chiffon should be polyester or nylon. Silk chiffon or organza or cotton gauze, all of which can look similar, will burn, not melt! but give it try on a small sample swatch to check it out first. I love the you give it a try and so fast to. Your card came out great and I love the colors you used on the flower. Great coloring job on the image..Thanks you so much for playing the Midnight Madness sketch challenge this week. We loved that you joined us again this week

Thanks for the flower tutorial- wow it is really neat. I think I will only light the fire when my husband is around- sounds kinda scary! But, the flowers look beautiful- so well worth it! Love your card. TFS
